The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality's Infrastructure
and Engineering Directorate has finished over 3000 serviced sites for the new
housing development that will commence soon within the NMBM in the past
financial year.
This includes 1280 serviced sites at Wells Estate, and
1700 at Khayamnandi to mention but the few. The municipality continues to
install civil engineering services in different areas of the metro as the
continuation of housing development.
Members of the media are invited to attend and cover
the Sod-turning to mark the start of Installation of Services
in Khayamnandi.
